Melissa and Juan

The dreary rain didn't stop the sunshine in Melissa and Juan's hearts.  Their wedding day was thoughtful and full of traditions-one I had never seen before!  They had a scandanavian "doughnut looking" cake they had to somehow take apart. Blind.  Their reception was at the Burgundy Basin in Pittsford, NY.  Congrats again newlyweds!

Wow!  What a fun day!  Kate and Brandon were married in Geneva, and had their reception at the famous Belhurst Castle.  http://www.belhurst.com/Weddings-and-Events.html  They had a beautiful time, full of family, friends, and lots of love!

Sarah and Ryan

Sarah and Ryan

Sarah and Ryan were married at Artisan Works in Rochester.  Have you ever been there?  It's the coolest spot!  It's a huge space filled with art every where- the floors, walls, and ceiling. There are little rooms decorated in different styles and artists studios to boot.  After meeting Sarah and Ryan I can't imagine them celebrating any other way.  Super cool people is all I can say!

Jen and Matt's day

Jen and Matt's wedding

Jen and Matt had such an amazing wedding day!  The reception at Shadow Lake Country Club was outstanding.  The ballroom was dressed with delicious details like creamy long stemmed orchids on the tables, and a fresh mint green four tiered wedding cake with their initials in frosting.  My favorite part was the fireworks Jen's parents put on as a surprise!  Their guests and families will remember their wedding day as something special for a long time.

I must say the most memorable part of the day was the first time I saw Kaitlyn.  She had these feather flowers placed just so in her hair and I thought to myself how refined.

They had a fantastic day with no sprinkles, just lots of love and laughs like a special day should be. The Clarion was decorated like a New York loft which I had never seen before.  There was a spot with low couches and tables for people to hang out at by the bar.  Very cool stuff.

Megan and Edgar

Megan and Edgar

Megan and Edgar were married at the Rochester Museum and Science Center.  How cool is that for a location?!  The sky threatened rain, but held off until the reception.  Phew.  They were surrounded by caring friends and wonderful family dancing and having a blast until late in the evening.

One of my favorite details Megan planned for her wedding was the table names.  She chose different spots that meant something to her and Edgar.  There was the Wegman's table, and the Dinosaur table for example.  Very clever!

Kate and Todd

Kate and Todd

Kate and Todd are two of the sweetest, nicest people on the planet- I'm so happy they met each other!  I've never seen two people smile more.

They had a beautiful ceremony at Rochester Plaza, where Kate lay a yellow rose on a chair for her mother.  It was very touching.  Later we headed off to high falls and took some photos and had a beer at Triphammer Grill.  We headed back to Rochester Plaza and had a wonderful reception in the tent out back.

Thanks again for letting me be a part of your day!

The Clueless Bride

Hey!  Check this out.  A beautiful couple whose wedding I photographed were featured on Etsy's blog.  They had a really fun wedding and were very gracious.  One part that wasn't talked about was going to Cobb's hill park and joining a bunch of people in a lawn game.  Hilarious!  Read all about the rest of their day here:
